This project was my "epiphany project." I started building it in Lovable, but quickly hit its limits for the complex document processing and storage I needed. I moved the entire build to my local machine, integrating Gemini for the intelligence layer and Google Drive for the storage. It taught me that the role of the developer hasn't disappeared—it's just moved from being the entry point to being the partner for scaling a Product that's already proving its value with real users.
