Pro-level coordination and safety for cycling clubs — without the friction. Riders join a live tactical map with a QR scan. No account. No download. Ride leaders get real-time situational awareness. When the ride ends, the data is gone. Built in the open, with a real user community already waiting.
Vechelon is currently in the discovery phase, being built entirely in the open. It's born from a personal passion for cycling and a clear gap in how club rides are managed. By focusing on zero-friction entry (no apps to download, no accounts to create), it prioritizes the rider experience while giving leaders the tools they need for a safe, coordinated ride.
Kicked off discovery using the Product Trio Agent Framework. We've defined the core problem: ride leaders lack situational awareness, and riders hate friction (apps, accounts). The immutable Bedrock is set: zero-friction entry via QR scan, ephemeral data, and a live tactical map. We are currently locking down the schema before moving to Claude Code for the initial build.
